Rockstar has announced that the Ballad of Gay Tony, the second Xbox 360-exclusive DLC episode of the popular GTA IV games will be released on October 29th.
You can either purchase the game physically or download via Xbox Live for $19.99 USD (1600 MS points) or you can buy the game alongside the first episode (The Lost of the Damned) in a new bundle dubbed Grand Theft Auto: Episodes From Liberty City for $39.99 USD.
Both games are standalones and do not require GTA IV installed to play. Episodes From Liberty City will cost 34.99 GBP.

The Xbox Live-exclusive downloadable content (DLC) title “The Lost and Damned” has reportedly been downloaded over one million times from the online service. At around $20 a pop, it’s very decent revenue for a single DLC title.
However, it’s worth remembering that Microsoft paid Rockstar $50 million to produce two new chapters for the blockbuster “Grand Theft Auto 4″, released in April 2008.
The Lost and Damned broke day one sales records on Xbox Live, and according to analyst Michael Pachter, it will have been downloaded 2 million times from Xbox Live by the end of the year.

Microsoft has announced that they will be offering Xbox Live for free to anyone who downloads the GTA IV expansion The Lost and Damned, for the week of February 17th-22nd.
Xbox Live multiplayer is normally reserved to those who pay for a Gold account, but the software giant is adding extra cross promotion for the downloadable content.
Additionally, Rockstar Games and XBL are promoting the expansion with a week of events that include the “chance to take on hip-hop DJ Statik Selektah in a special Game with Fame event and to play against “the people behind the Grand Theft Auto franchise” in a Game with Rockstar.”
The downloadable content, which reportedly cost Microsoft $50 million USD to secure exclusively, will sell for 1600 Microsoft Points beginning on the 17th.
