Mobile Crunch is reporting today that the popular music video game Rock Band is headed to the iPhone and iPod Touch, including premium content and 4-way multiplayer via Bluetooth.
The confirmation, says the article, comes from the CTIA convention where a kiosk dedicated to mobile Rock Band shows off a splash screen that says Rock Band for iPhone and iPod Touch.
The kiosk only shows the splash screen for about a second so there is little other info available about the upcoming port.
We will keep you updated.

Rumors have been flaring today that the new, upcoming iTunes 8.2 will include Blu-ray support. The evidence, say the reports, is in the new “About iTunes” splash screen.
Currently, Macs do not support BD, and users with external Blu-ray drives need to boot to Windows to use it. If iTunes is allowing ripping and burning of BD however, it could signal that Macs will finally have integrated Blu-ray support and possibly internal drives.
Last year, Apple CEO Steve Jobs infamously called Blu-ray licensing a “bag of hurt,” noting it was overly expensive and complicated and that Macs wouldn’t be seeing integrated support anytime soon.

Roku has announced that the popular Netflix Player by Roku has been updated to support HD video, following the recent trend started last month by Samsung, TiVo, LG and Microsoft.
The firmware upgrade, version 1.5 will add the ability for users to watch 300 HD movies from Netflix’s Watch Instantly streaming library.
Additionally, Roku has noted that they will soon be bringing non-Netflix programming to the device. A splash screen under “What’s New?” reads:

“This screen will become your launching pad for a number of great new channels that will begin to appear on your player in early 2009. In addition to the hugely popular Netflix channel, you’ll see new movie channels, TV channels, web video channels and more.”
Also, watch out for a Netflix Player by Roku review coming soon from Afterdawn.
